Access to the Watchtower platform is contingent upon strict adherence to these operational protocols. By initializing your account, you acknowledge your role within the system and agree to maintain the security of the operational environment.

1. Operational Clearance

Access to Watchtower is granted on a per-seat basis for authorized personnel only. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your entry credentials. Any breach of access or unauthorized sharing of strategic data will result in immediate termination of access and potential administrative action.

2. Prohibited Operations

Users are strictly prohibited from utilizing Watchtower for unauthorized surveillance, mass-data scraping for external resale, or any activities that interfere with the integrity of global media networks. The system is designed for intelligence and strategic management; misuse for kinetic or illegal activities is a violation of the primary charter.

3. Intelligence Disclaimer & Liability

Watchtower provides AI-driven decision support tools. While we maintain high standards for data synchronization and sentiment modeling, all outputs are recommendations and strategic insights. Final strategic decisions and the operational application of these insights are the sole responsibility of the Account Administrator and the organization's leadership. Watchtower is not liable for outcomes based on the interpretation of automated analysis.
